I THINK I'M GETTING OLD

Turquoise Paneled Wall

Aging and Chiropractic

Aging is a natural process that occurs as an individual goes through life. BUT un-natural aging comes from interference to normal function and this can come from Accidents, Injuries, Poisons/Toxins, Medications, Mental/Emotional Stressors.

If you are in your 30's or 40's and you think you are getting old, YOU ARE CRAZY and should immediately be put on Prozac. :) Actually you have come to the realization that your injuries are catching up to you because they were never really addressed or correted.

You should not feel like you can't do what you used to do or injoy doing. If you are still breathing and waking up in the morning there may still be hope of restoring your vip and vigor.

Start doing the things you used to do especially in your latter year of life. We have people in their 70's-90's and we get significant results or we won't charge for the visit. Isn't that crazy?

Top Health Concerns Facing Aging Adults

Some of the top health conditions American seniors experience:

  • Heart disease

  • Arthritis

  • Mental health

  • Osteoporosis

  • Vision and eye diseases

  • Hospitalizations

  • Surgeries

  • Medications

  • Nursing Homes

All of the above are not the Health Concern but rather Symptoms people are familiar with, telling you that your Body is NOT HEALTHY. It is not an aging problem.

IF IT WAS AN AGING PROBLEM, EVERYONE THAT AGE

WOULD HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM, RIGHT?

Age-Related Falls and Injuries?

There are NO Age Related Falls. There are only Degerations causing loss of flexibility, mobility, Balance, Coordination and Control and a trained Chiropractor should be able to help all these conditions.

ARE INJURY RELATED PROBLEMS THROWING YOUR BALANCE OFF?

A Woman in her early Fourties came limping in one day. I asked her "What is going on with your Knee?" she said "oh, they are going to have to replace that. What I came in for is my back. It has been killing me!"

Turns out she was an avid Golfer until about a year before she came to see us. We began working on her back and one day I asked to take a look at her knee. Most people don't know Chiropractors, that have been trained, can work on more than the Spine. I had her lie back on the table, I examined her knee and determined she actually needed the 3 bones in her knee adjusted.

I explained how injury can cause scar tissue, contracting the knee so the cartilage was wearing out faster than it could repair and if we break up the scar tissue, it would cool the joint down and relieve the pressure on the Knee so the cartilage could grow faster than it was being broken down.

I adjusted her knee, it made a loud pop, she screamed just a half a second and then said,

"That is amazing".

I asked if she was alright. "my knee has been hurting 24/7 for over a year and now it doesn't hurt!" I can't promise you will be pain free in one visit and make no mistake, she still had pain during certain movements but those all improved over time as we went thru correction allowing the body to heal more and more like normal.

We had a lot of work yet to do breaking up scar tissue, letting it heal, break it up again. most of this is fairly painless. but the benefits are great. A couple weeks later she said she can go down stairs. and a few week after that, she said "Doc, I can go up stair, down stairs and I've started playing Golf again. Now the more I play, the better it feels!" I told her that is how it is supposed to work.  That has been over 20 years ago and she still has not replaced her knee. Maybe it will work for you too. What do you have to lose?

I asked her if she had any other people THEY haven't figured out. My goodness, people started coming from all over. other states and even other countries. Just remember, you don't alway have what you have.

Finding the right thing can make all the difference in the world.
